The body is medium, the appearance is clear and moderately sparkling. The aroma has a slight hint of hops that gives it a pleasantly bitter taste. The 100% Italian pitted green olives with a crunchy pulp and the unmistakable aroma are also excellent in the vegetarian and vegan diet. The Tarallo is a “tasty” snack of Neapolitan tradition, a combination of the strong and spicy taste of black pepper and the sweetness of almonds, a beautiful glass jar with toasted and salted peanuts. ICHNUSA BEER NOT FILTERED

Born in 2017, in less than three years Ichnusa Unfiltered has quickly established itself on the market: for its production, 100% pure barley malt and caramel barley malt are used, a blend that gives it a rounded taste with herbaceous sensations and notes of yellow fruit and apricot alongside a memory of bread crust. At the end of the process, instead of being filtered, it is left to decant naturally in the fermentation vats. This preserves the yeast in suspension and gives it a cloudy appearance.

Taralli Sugna e Pepe are a typical product of the city of Naples. They have an intense taste of pepper, a moving crumbliness and a delicious scent of almonds. Perfect for an aperitif, an appetizer, to accompany dishes of all kinds, to munch on as a snack at any time of day and why not, even to replace a lunch,
they are substantial and all you need is 2 taralli and a few slices of ham and you’re done!
They are also ideal to carry for a picnic or brunch out of town,
they can be kept in plastic bags for over 15 days.

PITTED GREEN OLIVES

Pitted sweet green olives are a variety of olive which, as the name suggests, have no stone and a pleasant sweetish aftertaste. They are green in colour with a medium size.
