MEZZO PACCERO RIGATO PASTA 500g

The ancient format known as paccheri is obtained from the processing of durum wheat semolina flour. The pasta has a cylindrical shape with a large diameter. The surface of the dough can be smooth or ribbed. The paccheri are similar to the format known as “sleeves”, however unlike these they are thinner and have a smooth inside. This is not a well known format in some regions.
