A 250cl bottle of Aglianico red wine from Benevento ideal to accompany this mix of flavors made in Italy and a wooden spoon always useful in the kitchen. FUSILLATA CASARECCIA ITALIAN PASTA 500g

The Fusillata Casareccia di Gragnano is a short and smooth pasta perfect to combine with traditional meat sauces and ragu, Classic Campania format, reminiscent of a rolled parchment, in the dish it blends and mixes beautifully with each sauce. This homemade fusillata is created with 100% Italian grains from a traced supply chain; is an ingredient worked according to the great pasta-making tradition of the city of Gragnano, to give you more than just a local specialty, a true world-class excellence.

AGLIANICO RED WINE 275cl

It is a red wine with an important structure, as full-bodied and tannic as it is elegant. It will never be a light wine, even if the acidity softens over time. The aroma and taste are intense and fruity (black cherry, cherry, red fruits), tending to spice (pepper), while the color is ruby red.
